Miss Me?

So I haven't updated! I'm sorry blogger friends. I am back. I have a lot of school work to catch up on though so, hopefully you will understand.

I had a great weekend! Except for the part where my team lost the Super Bowl - but what do I care; it's not like I'm a HUGE Eagles fan or something.

Anyway, Bello, Belle and I went down to my two moms' to visit. Minnie has surgery AGAIN and she is holding up well. I am very proud of her. Minnie has staples in her stomach and she was leaking water. My dad, Mickey, took her back to the hospital and they had to remove one of the staples which left an area open. In order for leak to flow out without causing an infection, my father has to shove gauze in it twice a day and patch it up. Poor Minnie cringes whenever this has to be done. It's like shoving your finger and an open wound. Actually, it IS shoving your finger in an open wound.

While I was helping out with Minne, Bello decided to venture up into the foothills and take some landscaping pictures. I can't wait to see how those turn out. I will post them as soon as we get them developed.

Mickey took Belle and me to a café to get some coffee. While I was there, I was shocked to see an old friend from middle school. I have given her a nickname for the site to protect her identity but you know who you are - Jasmine!

On Sunday, Layla had a Super Bowl party and we had a ball! Lot's of great people and food.

I was able to take Monday off to recuperate. : Glad I did because I needed that extra day.
