What Are you, Ten?

While Bello went away to Vegas for the weekend, I sat around the house and sulked like a little ten year old brat. Sulked because I am so frustrated with school. I have no doubts that I will eventually get my degree but I am running out of energy and brain space to store more knowledge.

No, Mickey, I am NOT giving up. Don't go there, don't bring it up, cuz it ain't gonna happen. You can stop reading now. :)

I received an email from my instructor saying, "You will not pass this class. You can get a few extra points but you seem to not know what you are doing, therefore you will have to retake Algebra."

No credit for showing all ten thousands steps for one problem, no credit for turning in ALL the assignments, no credit for doing all the quizzes, zilch, nothing, nadda. No, instead, I am failing because more than half of the problems that I spend countless of hours doing, are wrong and you don't get much credit for wrong anwers. You get one point for showing your work. I hate this course, this course sucks.

My solution - I will be retaking the class at the local Jr. College. I NEED visual contact; not over the net teaching for Algebra. End of story.

My college told me that whatever grade I get outside form thier school will be implemented but will not change my GPA. In other words, my grade F for Algebra will stay on thier records. Well who cares as long as I get that degree. Degrees don't have GPAs on them, ya know.

I have figured out what the problem is. They want the money. they are laughing at me because they are making a shitload of money off of me right now. That's okay because they are in for a big surprise.

I found out that the Univeristy of Boston has now implemented Criminal Justice classes online. University of Boston!!! I have checked it all out and it is legite. I will be transferring there for my Bachelors next September. I can't wait. Screw you Kaplan!

On a much higher note, I did awesome in my Human Relations class. I am so happy!!!!
