DWM - Driving While Mel

I came across a site that wrote about Mel Gibson's behavior while being arrest for driving under the influence.

People can call in and comment on related articles. READ DIRECTIONS FIRST BEFORE CLICKING ON THE LINK.

1. Scroll down until you see the black box with "Rant n' Rave".
2. Turn on your speakers
3. Click on "Gibson Comment 7".
4. Listen to it - Carefully.

Hurry up, go. I'll wait.

Okay. I am dumbfounded.

Now, I get the whole "celebrity treatment" comment but what was said after that, completely disoriented my brain beyond comprehension.

"What I went through, what I was forced to go through."
"What a lot of people go through with the DMV."
"DMV has too much power."
"It's very unfair with the DMV"

She drank alcohol; got in her car and drove; risked the lives of innocent people; got caught and then has the nerve to complain that the DMV was too harsh on her.

Let's all forget that she could have killed someone and potentially saved from a vehicular manslaughter charge. Noooooooo, let's just focus on the fact that the DMV PUNISHMENT was to harsh.

I bet this lady still drinks and drives because it's quite obvious the only concern she has is how Mel Gibson will be treated for his DUI and the harshness of the DMVs consequences for her DUI. It wasn't a lesson for her; there was no concern about the lives that she put at risk.

When you drink and drive, you have NO RIGHT to complain about the consequences. You get what you deserve and quite honestly, whatever you get isn't enough.
